Eastar EBO-1 Wood 6+7 Bongo Drum

I bought these bongo drums for my son’s Christmas. They are a great price and are such good quality. They come in a carry bag which is great for storing them and taking them out and about. They also sound really good when played.

Bought for myself as a gift, as I always fancied playing the bongo's. Bought these as they were a very good price and had great reviews. Glad i chose these because they are super quality and sound great.

Good value, the hardware is fully commensurate with the price. Not as heavy duty as my LP-Matador or Pearl-Elite Bongos, but then these from Eastar are a third or less of the price (the Matadors are circa £170 and the Pearl are circa £240). They're a hoot to play and have a great tone. Ideal as a first pair of bongos. I got them as a travel-set, as they are considerably lighter than my others. All in all, recommended....the only caveat being the pressed steel hardware....but at £65 that is to be expected.

If you're looking for an entry level drum, then look no further - you'll get a fine bongo drum, accessories and carry case. The drum looks and sounds great and the skin is a nice touch. I'm happy with this purchase.

Son unos bongos muy bonitos y con buen acabado, agradables a la vista y con buena presencia. En mi caso me llegaron con una funda para guardarlos, que además sirve como funda protectora, algo muy práctico para transportarlos y mantenerlos cuidados. En general, es un producto que cumple bien, tanto por estética como por comodidad de uso y almacenamiento. Son más de principiante, y por este precio, están muy bien.

These are excellent bongos! They sound amazing and are easy to use. If you buy them and when you hit them in the center, they don't have that "bongo sound" you think they should, try hitting them closer to the edge near you. That will get you the sound you're looking for. They feel very well made and it's awesome that they come with a carrying case to tote them around with. When I go into the office, I'll be taking these with me to mess around with on my lunch break from time to time. The carrying case is well made albeit a bit thin on the material. It has a shoulder strap and carries the bongos very nicely. I would still be careful with where you put them with the bag, because it doesn't have padding or anything like that in it to protect the bongos. It's fine though, as the bongos are so sturdy, that unless you're being really rude to them they should be fine. I give this set 5 stars and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to learn to play them or just bang on them for fun.
