Has anyone actually had blood work done to check their protein levels since starting on Genepro-lab results that show it works as they claim it does?

The formula has changed some, but it mixes well! I have a medical need for a high protein diet. I started with Genepro in 2016, and always had good lab results. I stopped using it when I learned of the lawsuit. My labs (protein) declined significantly. I researched and found the original (creators/owners... whatever they're called) [Not the current ones] did not respond to lawsuit and lost on a default judgment. The original group did not have reputable clinical studies/research, and I concluded they were shady. Under NEW management/owners, whatever, there are reputable studies/research. I started using the product again in 2021 and my protein levels are back up where they are supposed to be.

Absorption rates matter. I will never stop using Genepro again. It works beautifully for me, and my internist told me to keep doing what is working.

Question 2

Where do I find liquid to powder ratio for mixing?

One tablespoon is 30g of protein. It's meant to be mixed with hot or cold beverages etc. Not really sure of the ratio. I just add it to foods i'm cooking or drinks I make etc.

If protein has 4 calories per gram, how could 30 g of protein only contain 56 kcal?

With our absorption rate of 97.8% we are simply saying one serving of GenePro will yield about the same amount of protein as a traditional 30 gram serving of whey isolate. NO! They changed the formula, it only has 11g protein per serving now! Yet they get to keep all these reviews from the original product. SCAM
