Built some of these into a joystick, works great. They are what they are

Great 10k Pots all 10 worked properly. Solid product.

Potentiometers' connections were loose even when soldered to the wires. We suspect it to be loose at the terminals. Readings were unstable.

I imagine all 10 components were in great shape when they were manufactured, but they were packaged poorly for shipment. All ten pots, their washers, and nuts were all crammed into the same small resealable bag*. * 2 bags, in fact. To avoid confusion: they were double-bagged, but the pots and all their hardware were loose together in the inner-bag As a result, the loose hardware tangled with the pins and several arrived with mangled/bent pins. I can bend these pins back, but the next order might break them off entirely over a longer shipment if not better protected. That all said, the components worked exactly as I needed them. 5/5 stars for the pots themselves. 1/5 stars for the packaging.

Out of 10 pieces, 1 came completely broken with missing pins and half the PCB board torn (nowhere to be found in the package); 5 other pieces have bent (semi-damaged) pins which I have to fix by bending them straight again with pliers; only 4 pieces came intact.

Readings unusable for the ones that even work at all.

All the ones I've tried so far two have been bad. I've only tried four so 50% were bad. I would not recommend buying these if you need it for anything precise, they're kind of scratchy. I used them in a joystick and there were jittering spots along the full travel.
