Item came well packaged, can now write a review after I’ve used this for 11 hours for 4 days straight on my night shifts, I must say this is a great headtorch that fits good over my work helmet, very bright and powerful, only had to charge this 2 times in the 4 day week and probably could of got away with 1 charge from empty! Seems very durable so far easy to use! 100% recommend for the price!

Good bits. Fully charged on a dark street you can pretend to be a helicopter search light. Just don't accidentally shine it into someone's window. When walking a dog and they pull to one side, and you turn... I walk my dog at night mostly because, well, she's not the best behaved at the moment, so this has been very helpful! The small red light on the back is good for dark as well. Recently used the flashy setting when stood still waiting for some moron who was driving at the speed of sound, so was more noticeable. It worked. Excellent. Important bit of kit that on dark country roads! The red front light is quite cool, not as bright. The telescopic type feature is good as well, widening or narrowing the beam, and the combined narrow/wide with the duel LED, or just the dual led gives an impressive variability! I do find myself using the different settings often. THE SO/SO: Not so sure about battery life, it's decent, it takes quite a while to charge but it saves externally charging batteries. The straps can be a little difficult to get right on your head. But they're not terrible. A little faffy. Feels unbalanced on your noggin if you don't have them right, too. THE BAD: Discomfort. Have to wear it over a hat of some kind because the plate the light sits on actually feels quite scratchy and kinda digs into your forehead. Can't even quite figure our why, if I can I might fashion up a fix. VALUE FOR MONEY? I'd say so. I've had it a few weeks now and it's gotten a lot of us. Handy to have about the place, too. It's got its good and bads and on balance it's decent. Especially as it's well priced really. It's got a bit of novelty to it, and fully charged in the dark the light is seriously impressive. Moderate dark (street lights etc) it's not too great then (nor arguably do you need it to be...). If I needed it for serious safety stuff though, I'd probably be looking for something else. Longevity, can't account for yet. It's novel, it's charming somehow despite its faults, and the brightness when fully charged and its FULLY DARK never fails to make me chuckle. Seriously. I don't know if its because I've never owned one before, or what? Possibly. Does the job for me.

Aother item thats stood the test of time, purchased quite a while ago so for longevity its done exceptionally well, the battery is still as strong as new, the head straps remain flexible and theres many options in its use, no problem recommending this head lamp.

Used the head torch for a couple of weeks now, its modes are good and the lights are nice and bright. However, the battery life isn’t great, lucky to get a couple hours out of it from a full charge. Overall not bad for the money but there’s better options!

2ème tentative après l'essai infructueux d'un modèle concurrent. Cette lampe est arrivée rapidement, bien emballée... et fonctionnelle. La qualité apparente semble bonne. L'élastique est assez grand pour les grosses têtes et/ou les casques. Très important pour moi, le compartiment des batteries est bien protégé de la pluie avec un couvercle souple et une grosse chicane pour l'étanchéité. De même, la prise micro usb (standard) est bien protégée. La lampe éclaire bien mais la puissance annoncée sur le site (6.000 lumen) n'est pas en phase avec les 5.000 indiqués dans le mode d'emploi. De même, le mode d'emploi montre des photos de batteries de 4.000mA alors que les modèles fournis font seulement 2.200mA. La puissance est au rendez-vous, largement suffisante en vélo et/donc à priori en ski de fond. Au chapitre des regrets, j'aurais aimé une position d'éclairage un peu plus couvrante mais bon, elle éclaire fort et loin. Elle est plutôt légère avec seulement 2 batteries. Après essai: 2 heures d'autonomie en puissance maximale et bizarrement, seulement 5 petites heures en puissance mini. J'ai compté 5 heures pour recharger. Bref, une bonne lampe à un prix raisonnable et qui devrait faire le taf.
