Excellent product
I have been using this since 3 months once in a week. Working very good and easy to use. Must be in every kitchen.

Not good. Innovative but waste
Not good. Not grinding properly and also risky to push the rice and dhal as the motor spins the stones and not the drum. Cleaning is also a hassle compared to normal grinder.

Grinder with tap
This is one of the unique wet grinder with tap feature. Yes u don't need to move the grinder here and there or pull the stone to drain the batter. Place the grinder in one place. Once the batter is ready, open the tap for the batter to come out. Hazzle free of use and more convenient for ladies. It is most under rated product in Amazon due tomorrow competition with other products in the market. It is coimbatore based model, but u have the service in all the cities, but check it for your city before you buy, but excellent product. No doubt about it.

Easy to use and to clean
This wet grinder came in well-packed without any damage in transit. It is easy to use for a person who has never used a wet grinder before. The opening at the front is easy to collect the batter and also to clean. Urad dhal takes about 10 to 15 mins to become the perfect batter and the rice takes about 20 mins. But I felt like a few urad dhal (say 10 to 15) was always been left out from getting ground. It saves some space in my kitchen. This stacking-up model takes up less space. I don't have enough space in my kitchen counter so I used to keep it in the cupboard and use it when it is needed. The stones and the drum can be removed and can be cleaned easily. Overall, as a first time user of wet grinder I am impressed.

Batter removal is easy..but grinder underperform
I bought this as I have difficulty in batter removal. It serves good for batter removal. But grinder needs lots of improvement. 1.Grinding mechanism . Stone is small compared to the drum. Batter is pushed up. 2, batter gets heated up faster. 3.Knob given to remove batter is difficult to fit at times leak. 4. Batter is lesser in quantity for the same amount of rice.
