Anything I can use the prevent a bit from breaking off in the hole , I’m all for it. This taping oil works better than whatever you have around. Great stuff.

new formula? doesnt smell right
feels oily, but doesnt seem as thick, and definitely doesn't smell the way i remember it

I’ll buy another bottle three years from now
I have been using this cutting oils for almost ten years. I’m on my third bottle. I use it for tapping, threading, for driving down tri-lobe self tapping screws, lubricate Green Lee hole punch, and drilling thru mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. It helps extend the life of taps and dies, and drill bits. Everybody knows how frustrating it is to break a tap on the very last hole you’re threading. A small dub goes a long way.
