I love this book! It’s easy to read yet full of hard science and useful information. By following the information in this book I was cured of three chronic illnesses: Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris, Grave’s disease, and eczema. I recommend this book to everyone! I buy this book as a gift for every occasion and now many of my friends and family are adopting this healthy lifestyle!

This book is so thorough! At the beginning you are walked through some overall health and lifestyle tips. As a patient of Dr. Saeed's I can tell you that this really works! I'm starting to heal from some chronic conditions in a matter of a month! The part that goes through individual conditions is great. This isn't a book that you'll read once and put down. It will be a continuous source of information!

I loved reading this book ! In has so much information and presented in such an easy , understable manner with a touch of humor. Would suggest this book for anyone wanting to get to the root cause of their symptoms and knowing how to go about it.

Great book. Great information. Disappointed that all the figures, diagrams, photos are black and white. Not just black and white where you can read them but like you have copied a color paper to black and white and everything is shades of gray and hard to see.

Wow! This books literally walks you step by step through the process in order to heal naturally. Dr. Madiha Saeed covers EVERYTHING to make sure you know what to eat, what not to eat, the importance of intestinal health, the effects of stress, etc. It does it in such an easy to follow way with graphics that help convey a lot of info in a smaller space. She even breaks down different conditions and offers multiple ways to heal through natural means. I really recommend this book!

The information in this book is so easy to follow. Having suffered for years with depression and thyroid issues, I am encouraged as I read that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it will not be trapped in a prescription bottle! Dr. Saeed is so relatable and provides such hope that with small changes in your lifestyle you can put your health back on course.
