Good product.
Purchased to replace existing gate entry remotes that lasted 7 years after heavy. Easy to program and working strong after two months of daily use.

I did purchase again!
We recently built a new home in a gated community where the HOA did not provide a property gate opener. Our agent offered to program this unit for us and told us to go to Amazon to obtain it. She programed it to the gate code, and it functions very well. It works so well we purchased two more for our children to visit without the hassle of dealing with the gate codes. Never had this experience before and we appreciate Amazon and our agent for this product.

Have been working well for over a month
The remotes work well, but the dip switches are small and a bit hard to configure. I finally had to use a very small screwdriver to flip the switches to match the configuration of my old remote - my fingers are too big to move just one.

It works!!!! Yes it took 1min to program and it works. Just costs 2.5x what it cost me a couple of years ago when I bought some extra just like everything else I guess.

This item was used to open a Liftmaster farm gate controlled by solar powered batteries. Worked as described and easy to set up. However, for the amount of material used to manufacture this device, it was far too expensive. Nevertheless I'm obliged to order two more for members of the family :((

The new Liftmaster 811LMX remotes work very well and have quite a long range of operation.The price was excellent at Amazon.
