Worked as advertised and was straight forward to install.

Very simple to install as a replacement for a single pump system. Setting up the Wi-Fi was a little tricky as the manual was not very clear but after unplugging everything and starting over was able to get it connected

This pump was great until it didn't work! Only worked for 6 months. We have been calling the manufacturer and the number is no longer in service. We are very frustrated and need a call back ASAP. Need a replacement pump ASAP!!!! drowning..... Went on line and to no avail. Still waiting for someone! Human Will change if we get response.

For me using a phone did not work. I would get connected to the pump but the connecting process could not be completed because the app would not allow me to save my settings (naming the pump). Manually adding the device, or automatically adding it did not make a difference. I also signed off and on from the app which helped a lot, as posted by another user, and that got me to finally connect with the pump. But I couldn't save anything because the "Done" button would slide up and off my cell phone screen when I type in the name for the pump. I finally used my tablet and it worked. Very frustrating. After that everything seems to be working fine. Hopefully this pump will last awhile.

OK - I never write reviews. I know people say that sometimes, but I can count on no hands how many times I’ve done so. But I wanted to take a second to commend Pump Spy for absolutely first rate customer service. I bought the pre assembled unit recently and had it installed. Soon after, it failed the self test. It happens. Turns out something was defective. Great. That happens too! Sometimes things make it past quality control. Anyway, the thing I wanted to commend was the company’s first rate handling of the situation. I was able to do a zoom call with the technician to troubleshoot the issue and they sent a complete replacement when it was obvious that was necessary. I have never received such treatment from a company and I still cannot believe they were as helpful, attentive and nice about the whole thing. Great job, Pump Spy!

This thing will definitely give me some piece of mind when I head out for the winter and leave my house for weeks at a time. A few notes- 1. The discharge size on mine was 2" not 1.5 inches. It did come with a 1.5 inch adapter in case someone already has 1.5 in pipe. Otherwise I took all the 1.5 PVC (that I pre-bought) back and got 2inch thinking it would flow better. 2. Make sure and plug everything into the lid of the battery compartment. Then plug the battery hood into the wall. 3. The wi-fi set-up was a little tricky for my Android device so I used the manual add with my wife's newer phone. Both phones now can collect and display pump data. 4. Wish the battery cord was as long as the power cords. Even the two feet would have given me more options. Even with the few things mentioned above I am happy with this product and hope it lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this for the folks that leave their homes during the wet weather season. I will update this review if anything fails over the next few months. I hope they keep adding and improving the APP too.

Easy installation and app setup. Just cut my original pipe, pulled my old pump and then installed this one. App setup was a breeze, and now I can see how many times the pump goes off and it constantly checks the battery levels. It also checks the back-up pump once a day. I haven’t gotten any warning alerts and since I travel, this system brings me and my family relief when we get lots of rain.

Not sure how, but was defective before it arrived.
