This was the correct blade for my needs as identified in the description. Since my customers expect more then factory finish on blades I ran them through my process and installed them on the customers driver. As with any Andis blade you cant match the quality for the prices, with that said there are many good quality blades out there that do there job just as well but some tend to cost a little more and some a little less. You can always find a good selection of choices to choose from on Amazon and I have bought several no-name blades and have had good success with them but I am also a Professional Sharpener that has several very expensive machines and modified processes that allow me to make any blade sharp, but how long they stay sharp depends on the user and how they care for them and the quality of the material they are made out of. So as you read reviews always consider who is writing it and what level of knowledge they actually have about the product. I don't sell merchandise on Amazon and seldom provide service outside of my area so I answer question as honestly as I can and review items as honestly as I can. There are a ton of awesome items on Amazon but the converse can be said too. Just do your homework and know what you are buying. Ask Questions there are lots of good Amazon Shoppers that love to help, you can tell buy the factual answers and helpful suggestions.

This was a replacement blade for the razor I had started to rust. Fits the same and works so nice. Glad and andis makes replacement blades for this trimmer.

Works well. Easy to replace old blade. Sharp.

The blades of old were of a higher quality metal. With that said, these new blades do not last as long. However, they still have the same great cut.

For any non-barbers who have this trimmer, after a few years it stopped cutting and started to pull hairs instead. Taking it apart to clean it works for a while, but the main issue was lack of lubrication. Need to lubricate it every 2 or so uses, so i read. Check the manual to be sure, of course. These brought the cutter back to like-new performance.

It's great to have new sharp and unbroken replacement blades for my Andis Model D-8 clippers. The only difference I've found is the name on the clippers is now written in black where before it was stamped into the metal. Highly recommend !

I've seen mixed reviews, so I felt compelled to write my own. Although the packaging states it fits D-8 with no mention of D-7, it worked fine for me.

I'm a Black Guy who shaves his head every 2 days. I don't use the guards, simply wish to shave my head as low as it will go without having to use a razor or other products to get bumps and anything else unsightly on my sexy shaved head. This works in conjunction with my Andis cordless clippers for a first class experience. Highly recommend, saving on barber fees and a cool beard, tache trimmer also!.
