Q: Would it be too much to put three of this in a kitchen lamp?

I bought four of these for each one of our 10inch external wall lamps. The two on the rear of the building give enough light to illuminate our garden out to our summer house 30m away and the other two light our side garden and small courtyard with a bright white light. It is quite a different type of light to incandescent or flourescent light but all of our houdehold light bulbs are now LED but the colour temperature is important for the type of light you need in the Kitchen, cool white 6000K is daylight bright white, lower K rating sre warmer white and lower levels of light output. hope this helps.

Q: What is the energy efficiency rating? Are these A+?

From what I've read while also researching LED light bulbs, my understanding is that the energy rating system has changed & although these & most other LED bulbs are now listed as E, that is actually A+ on the older system. You could also do a comparison of the different bulbs & it'll confirm how much cheaper & energy efficient these types of bulbs are. Hope that helps 🙂
