Good taste. Doubtful about the low GI claim.
Could not find relevant information as to the claim of keeping GI low. The main thing I noticed is that I feel much lighter in the morning and less bloating. The texture is smooth and rotis are puffy. Tastes great , doesn't have a slightly bitter taste i can taste in regular atta. This is almost the double price of regular atta so purchase responsibly. I wouldn't say it's worth the money unless they can provide third party test results regarding keeping GI low. Definitely not value for money, would do you better to shift to jowar atta.
