Linear AK-11, ACP00748 Stand Alone Exterior Surface-mount Digital Keypad

I had a linear touchpad which lasted 35 years before it failed,so I ordered another one exactly like the old one. It was a no- brainer , linear touch pads are commercial equipment and worth the money. Thanks!

I purchased this product as I got the same one 15 years ago. However since then the manufacturer calls this a "high security product" and they will not provide support unless you are a licensed installer. I learned this when I called the number where I was told no support in programing which I was having problems with.In the end the person that answered the phone did allow me to read the instructions that came with the product , my goal was to see if I was doing something incorrectly. WHAT WE FOUND IS THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT PRINTED CORRECTLY. To his benefit he did tell me what was incorrect in the instructions where by I was able to program correctly.In the end a great product however the seller should not have been selling these with out telling the purchaser there was no customer support.If you purchase one; In the Add a New Entry Code section. The number after the word "Relay" should have the number before the the pound, Not #1 but 1#.
