It works if you go on a low carb diet and eat within your daily calorie intake to lose weight. So I have just finished my one week test with this pills. I eat a lot of carbs just to see if I can lose weight but I didn’t. However I didn’t gain any weight it kept my weight steady. So now I’m going to take it with reduced carb which I’m sure will work much better for weight loss. So it does work but you also have to eat less carbs and increase your protein which I am going to do this August. I will update how it goes for August with low carb diet. So far so good I like it.

I like this product. Not only do I feel it is blocking the carbs, I find my bowels are more regular.

I take this supplement before a large carb and/or fat laden meal,with Berberine. The combination of the two supplements has helped me maintain my weight through the large holiday meals so far. I just purchased my 4th bottle. I'm able to tolerate 3 capsules at one time. But I suggest starting with one, to gauge your tolerance. Also, do your research on Berberine, it works for me.

Can’t really tell if they work. No weight change since taking them. I take them as directed. I don’t think I would recommend them to anyone.
