What can you say? Top of the line airbrush! Does fine details and larger areas with no problems! Easy to maintain and works great! IMHO its one of the best airbrushes on the market!

I had purchased a SPRAYMAJIC air bush kit. The first thing I did was replace the Air Compressor with a high quality one with as tank that was adjustable. It sprayed fair with the SPRAY. I replaced this Air Brush with the Iwata Eclispe HP CS.. What a great difference. I was struggling to get a good spray pattern with a wide base. This Air Brush painted a surface in about 15 Minutes that it took me an hour with the SPRAYMAJIC. I am very impressed with this Air Brush and world recommend anyone that wants something that works great to purchase it.It is a little bit pricy but well worth the investment.

You can certainly find cheaper airbrushes, or even more expensive, but this is the sweet point for price and quality. Its easily disassembled for cleaning, and spare parts are affordable and easy to find if you break something. I have had three friends start with this model and all three are still using them without worry or issue. This model can even be needle swapped with two parts to be a .5mm needle. (the .5mm is easier to prime large surfaces with)

It’s a fantastic airbrush that just works and is easy to maintain. I use it for model railroad weathering and love it.

When I purchased this brush (HP-CS) I also purchased the HP-BS at the same time. The HP-CS has the same exact internals as the HP-BS but I found the CS model easier to use all around. With the BS if you're using paint that is ready to go out of the bottle it is great, if not go with the CS, you will be so much happier with the cup space when thinning paints. I also found the CS easier to clean (Sausage fingers) with the additional cup size for back flushing the cup and wiping it out.

Super brush … super seller

This is the 2nd airbrush I have owned, and coincidentally the 2nd Iwata airbrush that I have owned. My previous brush was Iwata's Revolution HP-CR and as a beginner that brush drove me to madness. The way the nozzle screwed onto the airbrush body with only 3 threads blew my mind, and it made it almost impossible to maintenance if you had air bubbles forming around its seal. When I found out this Eclipse brush used a drop-in nozzle design, I made the upgrade immediately. I've been using this brush now for roughly one month, and I ordered the larger .5mm replacement set to use for painting Bandai kits. The spray radius and ability to use thicker paints has been incredible, and the results you get with this brush are fantastic. I don't have any photos to show off yet, but I'll update this review with some to demonstrate how nicely this brush lays down paint. The only reason I knock it down a star is because of my previous bad experience, and how it feels like I had to pay another $50 to get a practical design. Not to mention having to spend another $20 on replacement parts for the larger needle set. That is lost value for me, and in my opinion is a letdown for the brush on the whole. Aside from that I would wholeheartedly recommend this to beginners and expert alike
