My milk production began tapering off at around 6 months and it coincided with my baby hitting a growth spurt and wanting milk all of the time. I began ticking up the amount of feedings and pumping dramatically to keep up but just wasn't producing enough milk. Thankfully I had a freezer stash to see me through the initial half of the growth spurt while trying desperately to build up my supply. I tried increasing feedings, was pumping constantly, tried gross teas, lactation massagers and nothing worked BUT THESE BARS WORK. I don't know how or why they do but they absolutely do. I doubled my milk production within 2 days of eating just one bar a day. I was so skeptical and purchased them on a desperate whim but I am so, so glad that I did. They are not the best tasting bars but they really do grow on you and the taste is good enough to allow me to eat them. The texture is fine, almost like a fig newton bar (minus the filling).

This is the most effective product yet. I've tried teas, cookies, supplements, foods, and these bars by far are the best. I was going to give them four stars instead of five because the price is steep, BUT considering that they are 1) super convenient 2) taste better than any cookie I've made 3) actually work..I decided to go with five stars. I've only ordered the blueberry and they are not bad at all (comparable to eating an energy bar). I made cookies recently and even adding choc ships, they were not great and loaded with butter and of course..you have to make them. Update: ordered the CC chip and they are delicious. I probably pumped a couple more ounces a day after eating a bar. Hopefully booby bars can get the price down a little, so that everyone who worries about their supply can try these and have peace of mind. Happy to finally find a great product that actually works! Also...every time I grab one my two year old says "is that a boobie bar?!" We only mentioned it once, these toddlers are sponges.

I really liked the taste of this product and was hopeful these would help increase my milk supply. I purchased these a few times but unfortunately I did not see a difference in my milk supply eating one of these a day. At almost $3 a bar the taste did not justify purchasing these long term.

I bought these for a first time mother that was having trouble producing enough breastmilk. After seeing these on Shark Tank I bought all 3 flavors for her to see if they would help her. Since I did not use these myself, the review and rating is strictly from the new mother and her experience with Boobie Bars. PROS: 1) They absolutely work! The box states you should see results within 3-5 days after eating 1 bar a day. Following that schedule there was a 2.5oz increase in breastmilk in the beginning which increased to 7oz and now 10oz! Originally the baby was on formula due to initial poor production, but have now almost faded out formula completely since milk production is booming! Tried the tea and other products that are cheaper & claim to work, but nothing compares to the results of these bars. 2) Great taste! All 3 flavors are good, but the best tasting is the coconut blueberry (tastes like a blueberry muffin). Next favorite is oatmeal chocolate chip. The peanut butter is hard to chew. Not sure if it was just this box or if they’re all like that, but they’re still good. CONS: 1) Cost!! This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Though the product works, if on a budget it’s hard to pay $22-$25/box for only 6 bars. There’s a lot of mothers out there and a silly price like this shouldn’t be the issue for not having access to this great product. Overall I highly recommend this product and hope that they’ll either increase the amount of bars or lower the price so that every mother can use them.

First off, I love these bars! I bought all 3 flavors on a whim, HOPING they would arrive in worthy quality of the price and benefits. In my opinion they reach all those basics! They are delicious, but understand that it has oats and all the delicious and nutritious ingredients I them, so they are a bit between a delicious protein/oatmeal granola bar. They are soft and chewy and once again, DELICIOUS! I'm on day 3 of them and already I can tell that it helps boost my supply up a bit after a few hours. I love them, my only complaint/hope is that they make these bars a bit more affordable for parents who need them, since you only get 6 bars and recommended at least 1 bar a day, one who box don't even get you through the week unless you buy an extra before ordering again. Over all though, I would 100% buy again! Would also like to try other items of this brand! Also shipping and delivery was speedy and neatly packaged!

The blueberry bar looks unappealing. Surprisingly, the bar tasted good. It gave me indigestion and stomach cramps a few times. I ate one bar each day in the morning. After 3 days, I didn’t see any change with my milk supply. I am a first time mom with low milk supply. Also, I’m experiencing stress with not producing much milk like I desire for my baby. When I read the reviews and saw the pictures before buying, I was hopeful it would work for all mothers with low milk or no milk supply (0 to 1oz) however I think it works for those mothers that already had a supply coming in (2 to 4 oz). It would be great if they had an ingredient for stress because stress affects milk supply no matter how many times you try to exclusively breastfeed. I can’t speak for anyone else but this bar works for stress free moms with no health conditions. Deal with the stress first and then see if something like this bar works for you.

I really enjoyed these postpartum while breastfeeding. I can’t say for sure they improved my milk or volume. But they were easy and yummy quick snacks when I was either busy, not too hungry or had my hands full. I bought several boxes of these and thought the blueberry flavor was easy to eat. I also tried their powder formula and loved the vanilla cookie. This companies products all taste delicious.
