Effective for beginning of a sore throat and seems to keep colds away for me. The ones without the elderberry dont work as well.

These have zinc which is great for colds They have also been around awhile so that tells you enough

They taste ok and the price and availability make it worth my while
Only four stars because for all I know it could be a placebo. Yes there is science behind zinc as a binder to certain viruses. That’s why I take them. But who knows if I was going to succumb to all the symptoms. This is my relatively inexpensive precaution.

Great cold remedy
Whenever I’m feeling like a cold might be coming I go straight to cold ease to shorten it. I believe if you attack the cold early it only lasts a few days instead of weeks.
