Those are the best words to describe the service that I received from Representative Harper W. at Waterdrop, the company that makes countertop water filter systems and replacement filters. The entire team was excellent but Harper stood out, above and beyond! It was truly a wonderful experience communicating with individuals who actually understood the meaning of customer service. An experience that I will remember for some time.Thank you all! I misplaced the tool needed to change filter and contacted company to see if I could get another one. Not only did they ship another tool kit but an additional filter as well. A pleasant but unexpected surprise, thank you. As for the actual product, the filter system is excellent and It works very well. The water tastes great. For me, it lasted about a year or so because I live alone. It may not last as long for families but it is well worth the price. I definitely recommend that others give it a try. It was time to replace the filter on my Waterdrop filter system. These filters are great. They last a long time. Very easy to install. I haven't had any problems with leaking. I did have an issue getting the system open to change the filter. I contacted customer service and tge representative, Harper, was extremely helpful and very fast in their response. If you are also having issues getting it open, lay the system down on its side (with a towel under it) and use the little wrench to open it. It took me a few tries, but I finally did get it open, thanks to Harper's help. I sent me a video demonstrating it. Very helpful. Wonderful customer service.

Exact fit for the device, works great, eliminated bad water taste.

Since purchasing their water filter machine, I've changed the filter several times, around 6-7 months. It really gives clean water for drinking and I don't have to carry cases of water home. Saves my back! The filter is easy to install, instructions are easy to follow, and you can have clean water in a few minutes.

This filter does a great job and takes up a minimum of space on my countertop. I've had this thing for several years now. I had to get it because I was living in a farmhouse that had spring water and the water was so acidic it wasn't palatable at all. This fixed that completely and it ended my having to buy cases of water and lug them in my house all the time. It's saved me a lot of money just for that reason. I moved and I now have Town water but it didn't taste much better, this filter saved the day again. It does a great job I can actually drink my water. I changed the filter a couple of times of the course of the last three or four years. I'm impressed with this product and easily give it five stars.

Works good to filter water. Though my system would buy again

I can not for the life of me get open my base unit to do the replacement. Me and 4 of my strong neighbors have all tried. I dont want to use a tool thatd grip and scratch the outter casing but I have no idea what else to try... ive used the original tools as directed but to no success.. disappointing
