Great polar product
Excellent replacement to my m430....had all the sports I use and others. Using the Polar Flow app I managed to keep my existing training / daily record and built the new data on it. Linked effortlessly to the chest strap. Great battery life ...a week...Loved it would recommend.

Good watch, but strange to have an oxidised strap with drops off after 10 days ...
Bought this from Amazon EU. After 10 days the strap fell off, dropping the watch onto the floor. The contact edge of the strap looks oxidised, and a retaining pin is missing. Perhaps pre-used ? (It was advertised as new)

A Great Piece of Kit
Other than I’m still finding my around the menus and buttons, it does as expected and more. An impressive piece of kit compared to my Polar HRMs of the 90s.

This watch is a life changer- love it..got all the ability to check stats and it's motivational too ... GPS is fab 👍 I've not mastered all different options but the opportunity is there as it does so much. Sleep tracking is good for recharge, the Polar app is fab too, with great breakdowns - it will certainly grow with my training and links with some of other prime apps out there ! Wish I'd got one sooner .....

Good watch but not worth the upgrade from Vantage V
The new V2 looks amazing on the outside, but the functionality is almost the same as for Vantage V, and to my experience the battery lasts a shorter time. In terms of size and weight: size is pretty similar, but it is lighter. The back HR sensor seems to work differently (different LEDs) but you can't really realise the difference in the measured HR. The display quality is similar (low quality). Overall the price tag does not justify the upgrade.

Thanks for this product with reasonable (compared to other sellers) price! I've been using Polar Vantage V2 with H10 for a month, all works good and convenient. I am using it just for running at this moment. I've tried only Vantage V2 main functions for running and haven't tried many other ones, which they have, that will be tested in the future. Vantage V2 pairs with mobile phone without problems. Online service, which offers Polar for activity (e.g. ruining, swimming, cycling etc ) analysis, is very detailed and vivid 👍 Design of the box for Polar Vantage V2 with H10 is made so that it can be used as a gift, if you buy this product for someone who loves sport activities.

I bought during Amazon Prime day. Is value for money for such a great sports and health tracking smart watch. The battery life is incredibly good compared to A.... watch. The new successor model is Vantage V3, but this is good enough for my purposes.

This was my first multisport GPS smartwatch, and while I like it, I cannot say I love it. The V2 has served me reasonably well, but with the V3 already on the market, it feels dated and incomplete in some key areas. One of the biggest drawbacks is the display. The watch face does not brighten automatically when I raise my arm to check the time — a feature I consider essential. Even at the highest brightness setting, the screen is so dim that it’s difficult to read at night unless I press a button to activate the backlight. In daylight, this isn’t as much of an issue since the reflective screen makes it visible, but in low‑light conditions it’s a constant annoyance. I also experienced a sudden reset of the watch on one occasion, with no clear explanation. It happened a couple of days after I had been swimming and started the stopwatch in the water, so I wondered if that might have triggered a bug. Regardless of the cause, the fact that the watch reset itself unexpectedly raises concerns about stability and reliability. Another weak point is sleep detection. The watch often misinterprets stirring or movement during sleep as being awake, which makes the sleep analysis inaccurate. For people who move around a lot at night, this feature becomes almost unusable. On the positive side, the Vantage V2 is lightweight, comfortable, and offers a wide range of training and recovery features that make it a capable companion for endurance sports. The real highlight, however, is Polar’s online platform (Polar Flow). It provides excellent analytics, lets me review my training programme in detail, and makes adjustments easy. The depth of data and insights available online adds significant value to the overall ecosystem, even if the watch itself feels limited. Verdict: A solid first multisport GPS watch, but missing some quality‑of‑life essentials, showing signs of instability, and offering poor sleep tracking. The strong Polar Flow platform helps redeem the experience, but with the V3 already available, I’d recommend new buyers skip the V2 unless they find it at a steep discount.

The Polar brand has always intrigued me. I always associated the Polar brand with providing incredible data points about exercise and fitness. The Vantage V2 and Polar brand do not disappoint! Admittedly, I am a person that gets easily frustrated with technology, but working out and wearing this watch for the past 5 days has been simple and a joy. The moment I am done with my workouts there is a spate of data available instantaneously on the watch face. (I don't even have to wait to synch my watch to an app to do a deeper dive into what happened during my training session) Additionally, launching any of the screens "on the fly" is as easy as swiping up/down or left/right. Perhaps the most enjoyable thing about the Vantage V2 is that looking at my data or even updating screens to suit my preference/update metrics is never a challenge to accomplish -- something that I have always been intimidated doing with my old watch! I find the software/user interface to be extremely intuitive. Additionally, the Polar Flow app that is used is just incredible. I am used to using a very popular competitor's watch and app, and I find this to be far superior. Multiple segments of the app available for easy data consumption. I am finding everything is presented in a format that is approachable and understandable! The more I poke around, the more intrigued I get -- and less confused!! For me....that is a huge compliment!! Congratulations Polar - I'm hooked!
