This lovely book is packed full of recipes, great ideas and easy natural cures for pretty much all common ailments (and some uncommon ones!). It is very well written and very educational-learning about everyday herbs/foods that we take for granted, but which are so important to our health. Not to mention how much money you can save by using everyday ingredients instead of expensive over the counter medication. There is also a great chapter on household tips for cleaning, another on Chakras and aromatherapy.

I own several Cerridwen Greenleaf books. I keep this in my kitchen for reference. Fantastic source of info.

I am OBSESSED! This is my first real introduction to plants and essential oils as natural remedies and I have learned so much from this book. For anyone who is even a little skeptical- don’t be! Cerridwen breaks everything down so well that even a beginner can easily understand the science behind all of the herbal healing techniques. Such an interesting read!

There was no picture illustration which I assume would be there. The book was a disappointment for me but for those who are in this line may be of good use.
