Easy to assemble and a very strong unit very happy

Lovely TV unit, well made however took 4 hours to build.

Amazing unit, way to assembly

Overall, this is a reasonable product. The pieces assembled together reasonably well. The top board that the TV sits on wasn’t completely flat, but it was serviceable so that it worked. I’d say that I got what I expected for the price paid. I think the reason it is quite cost effective is because of the amount of assembly required. It’s been quite a while since I’ve done flat pack assembly, but the items I have purchased in the past were partly assembled to the level that was feasible to allow flat packing and an efficient shipping size. That’s not the case with this item. You assemble every last piece of it. That’s the downside I’d say. It isn’t difficult assembly (screwing light hammering) but it’s somewhat time consuming (maybe 3 or 4 hrs). I don’t think it would be easy doing this by yourself. There are steps where it helps a lot to have another person to hold the pieces aligned together while you screw them together. If there was less assembly burden I’d have awarded this 4 stars.

Very sturdy product but found the individual pieces could've been labelled for quicker assembly.

Impossible to assemble. Trying to fit together, 1 piece was 2cm too short. A new piece was sent but still too short. Hopefully we got unlucky with a bad batch and others will have more success, but our experience was not great

I quite like Corona stuff because it's unfinished wood, so you can stain/varnish it however you want and it comes out looking pretty good. For assembly, this one was OK. There are about five different types of screw with quite similar sizes that are easy to mix up, so I suggest having a ruler or vernier caliper on hand to help you figure out which screws are which. For some reason after assembling the top surface of wood did not want to sit flat - possibly the knock-on effect of being assembled on a slightly uneven floor? - so I ended up putting a few L brackets at the front to try and hold it down. Aside from that, the finished unit looks really good and a lot nicer than other flat pack stuff in the same price range.
