Disclaimer: The tablets are larger and taste like vitamins. I don't have a problem swallowing pills and I don't really care how it tastes, so I don't have any issue with it, but wanted to mention it! They also do cause pretty intense gas. Hoping that will pass as my body adjusts to taking these daily. I have been taking my regular prenatals (different brand) for the first 6 months postpartum. I never really felt refreshed or productive. I have been taking these for about a week now and suddenly I feel energized. I feel like myself and like I can focus better and get things done without feeling like I need a nap after 10 minutes of work. As an added benefit, I love that these help me ensure that my baby is getting proper nutrients from my breastmilk. I did notice that the dose of Vitamin D is rather low so I am going to begin supplementing that in addition, but otherwise this is a great choice of supplement for postpartum!

These things are magic in a bottle! I started out my breast feeding journey taking prenatals and pump princess supplement. I was desperately needing to up my supply and seen these had great reviews. I had taken them until they werr gone and went back to taking the left over prenatals thinning it was no big deal. My hair started falling out in clumps and my supply plummeted. I figured id go ahead and try another round of these, 2 days in and my boobs are back to leaking throughout the day! Amazing product!!

Used the prenatal version and loved them so much that I decided to stick with the postnatal by megafood and it’s been great so far! I am 2 months postpartum and have been taking them every day since giving birth. They are easy on my stomach even without any food. They also contain morninga leaf which has been great for my milk supply! I will say that the pills are a little bigger than the average pill and do have an odd taste but I just take that as they are packed with tons of vitamins! I trust the clean ingredients it provides and say they are top quality! Definitely recommend to the postpartum mamas!

I used these with my last pregnancy to get all the nutrients needed and more. The taste is bad, I’ll be honest. But! They don’t hurt my stomach and I think the strength makes it worth it. Higher levels of vitamins than others more expensive.

I’ve been taking two jars of this multivitamin. I exclusively breastfeed my baby, and I believe it has helped with my milk production. I also feel good taking it and feel very confident in its ingredients. I used the prenatal vitamins from the same brand throughout my entire pregnancy as well.

I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.
