As with any liquid smoke, use sparingly. Otherwise a great product. Good for dips and salads and even a bowl of grits.

Been searching for this size for a long time. They only sell the 4oz. bottles in my area. Really good price.

Economical for large quantities
I make jerky. Local stores don’t carry the big bottle. This bottle helps because I don’t have to open a jillion small bottles. It’s more affordable in the larger quantity and I recycle just one bottle instead of a lot of little ones.
