I have been using the Waterdrop filter since July 2025, and it has been working perfectly. The filter is still performing well, and the water tastes great. Previously, I was using a Britannia filter jug, but this purifier is far more efficient, cost-effective, and very simple to use. Installation took only a few minutes. I am using it as an under-sink filter, so even while washing dishes, the water passes through the filter, and it is still working fine without needing a replacement so far. I recently ordered an additional filter, but it did not fit. When I contacted customer service, the support was outstanding. Mr. Andrew, one of the customer service representatives, was a true gentleman who followed up almost every day until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the service and highly recommend the Waterdrop filter.

A seemingly good product, water tastes and smells better It has encouraged me to drink a lot more water than I normally do Only down side is that it reduces the flow on my tap but that could be down to the type of tap I have.

Excellent price and amazing piece of kit , we simply cannot trust water companies any more so adding this is a game changer and a no brainer , water tastes amazing I just fill my glass bottles and store them in the fridge and grab when ready ...for installation it did look pretty easy but I got someone to do it for me , also has some great verifications with it that are 3rd party . In my book this is all win .just get it

Really good and the water tastes so much better. Very easy to fit. Just check it fits your tap type otherwise you may have to get another fitting that doesn’t come with the kit. More of an issue with the tap I have than this filter. It did come with adapter fittings but none fitted my tap style.

I bought this 10ua model and when it comes it has wdrf10 written on it I connect it up and run the TAP for five minutes to get rid of all the bubbles and then I poured a glass of water and looked very clear and tasted very nice compared to the chlorine tasting water that I've had to sink before.. There is no blue light on mine or red light some of the pictures have lights on but this one doesn't and I don't know how you get one with a light on.. It was pretty easy to connect you've just got to make sure you screw it in pretty tight and I took the water filter off to see how easy it was and water came out so make sure you've got a towel underneath if you're gonna do that..

Awesome. The install is easy and straightforward with no plumbing experience. For anyone wondering - this filter works just fine on a well system. I see about 35-40psi, and this filter works fine with basically no perceptible reduction in flow. Mind you my well water is softened and pre-filtered. Water tastes amazing! Highly recommended
