Works perfectly on a 1996 Chevrolet C1500 5.7L Vortec engine.
Perfect replacement for the coil on my 1996 Chevy C1500 5.7L v-8. It was identical in appearance and fit up. Changed the plug wires at the same time, so the old Truck definitely runs much better. I hope this cures the p0300 random misfire codes. So far,so good.....

Bolted up nicely- SUV runs once again!
Square base slightly wider than old coil. Had to "gap" the mounting bracket about 1mm to allow proper fit. Connections were dead on.

Bought and replaced coil for 350 vortex engine 1996;Chevy Silverado truck with 270 thousand km but didn't solve the problem but now new one thing at a time I geuss

Se instaló en una chevrolet blazer 1999 y se cambiaron tambíen el rotor, la tapa del distribuidor y el módulo de encendido, todo por mantenimiento ya que no estaban fallando las otras piezas pero ya tenían desgaste así que decidí hacer yo mismo el cambio de estas piezas por lo que estaré monitoreando su funcionameinto.

Corre genial en Mi Camaro z28 1996 5.7 el encendido es fuerte y se mantiene perfecto, si pueden compren en conjunto Modulo de Encendido y Bobina de Ignición, es lo mejor que le puede pasar a tu auto.
