Love this supplement
Great supplement. Bought another vitamin D3 + K2 supplement from somewhere else but was 5000iu and I feel like it gave me a bit of an upset stomach. This one however has been. Great and had no issues with it at all. I find it easy to swallow, but maybe others wont. Depending on what they’re used to.

I have been taking the fresh start maximum strength, D3 and K2 capsules for a couple of years now. They seem to be doing something good for me, so I’ll continue taking them.

I love that this vitamin D comes with high vitamin K
This is a good vitamin D with high vitamin k than other brands. I took 5 in morning & 5 at night with a meal as im very deficient for first 6days then reduced great product.

vitamin D3 with K2
I wanted a high volume vitamin D3 with K2 to help with absorption and calcium buildup. These have made a difference to how I feel. They were delivered with a sealed puncture lid and are easy to take.

Outstanding value!
I must admit, I looked up the iu of D3 and found that 4,000 to be a very good dose! To get this with 200µg K2 for 120 tablets for under £10 is outstanding value! I need the D3 and am on a tight budget with some difficult demands on my life so every time a company does not rip me off I really appreciate it! Thank you Fresh Start Nutrition!
