Since having my child a year and a half ago I have really struggled with my sleep, I can fall asleep really easily however I am now such a light sleeper so it is always broken sleep and most nights when I wake up I struggle to then get back to sleep. I have discussed this with my Dr and he suggested taking sleeping tablets just so I can get a decent amount of sleep however I was extremely reluctant to take these pills because my child is still a baby and I would hate to sleep through and not hear her if she needed me and I am scared of oversleeping and not waking up early enough for work. After one bad night to many of broken sleep, I decided enough was enough and I did some research and found that zinc not only improves sleep but also your immune system. I thought I would give it a go and I came across this 40mg zinc gluconate supplement on Amazon and ordered with next day delivery. I started taking Zinc straight away and I was surprised by how fast they agreed and started working with my body. After a week of taking it I could really notice the difference and slept through for the first time since early in my pregnancy, zinc has been a lifesaver in my life. I also noticed so many over benefits of zinc since I started taking it, my hair is in fantastic condition, my skin looks so much better, I have got so much more energy and I haven't been ill as yet...this could just be a coincidence but I don't think so. The supplements arrived the next day as promised and they were packaged well, high quality, and a great price. Me and my partner are both now taking 40mg zinc now and would really recommend it.

I am a man who is a bit of a health freak. I believe in a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. I like to exercise daily with a 5k run first thing in the morning and 3 mile cycle ride to and from work, I also go swimming twice a week. During the week I eat a super healthy diet which consists of lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh protein, and minimal carbs. I source all my food from my local butchers, fishmongers, and fruit/veg shop, I also try to buy ingredients as naturally produced as possible. I like to think I am a fit and healthy 50 year old however no matter how healthy my diet is as soon as winter hits I still get unwell with colds/flu and need help from certain vitamins to make sure my body is still functioning correctly. I read that Zinc is found in a lot of seafood so I even tried eating more seafood but it didn't work so I started taking a few supplements from Incite Nutrition Zinc being one of them along with B complex and Vitamin D. Since taking a 40mg zinc vitamin daily I feel amazing and I have not had any cold/flu symptoms, my hair and skin are in much better condition and I have so much more energy, I also believe that it has been helping with my workout recovery however I have also been taking vitamin D and B complex which all contribute to a healthy immune system so it could be any one of these supplements that have helped me to feel incredible. I am really impressed with this zinc supplement as it contains over a year's supply of vegan tablets for a very competitive price. When you get older,you need more zinc , to help your health

I have a few dietary restrictions which therefore means I struggle to get enough Zinc in my diet through the type food I am allowed to consume. Due to my medical diet restrictions it limits my social experiences as I have to be aware of everything I eat which means it is often a burden in my life and I wouldn't want it to affect my health as well. As you can imagine taking a small zinc tablet once a day is a lot easier than finding food which I am able to eat and thats is also high in zinc. If I didn't take a Zinc supplement daily it would have a detrimental impact to my health such as having a sluggish immune system, loss of appetite, chronic acne, muscle loss, hair loss and many other possible symptoms. I already use Incite nutrition for their other vegetarian supplements so I was overjoyed when they started selling 40mg zinc, the zinc vitamin is always very reasonably priced and all the vitamins I have purchased in the past have had a long expiry date normally more at least 18 months. I often ask them questions in regards to a vitamin (about certain ingredients) and they have always responded fast and been very helpful. These Zinc tablets have no nasty after taste and they contain 400, 40mg tablets in each pot, It did take a few months for the zinc to get in to my system before noticing any improvements but since taking them my energy levels have increased and I have noticed that I now rarely fall ill, I still occasionally get a cold but I recover from it a lot faster than I have in the past. The supplements have always arrived fast and are packed well, I have had no problems ordering from incite as yet. A Great 40mg Zinc gluconate supplement from a brand I can trust!

I haven't actually taken any of these yet as I still have some of my previous zinc pills to finish. I have however opened the bottle. These tablets are round and quite big compared to my previous ones that are long, thin and easy to swallow. They do have a groove down the centre so they should be easy to break in half if necessary. They really should include a picture of the size. That is my only gripe so far. So if you have problems swallowing you might want to think again about buying these. I will say that I have been taking a zinc supplement for years, they are really good at keeping me relatively healthy. I hope these do the same. I will amend my review if I have any other problems with them.

Kinda surprised by the size of the tablet would have preferred smaller. Otherwise happy with delivery and presuming they are what they say they are 40mg zinc. Thank you
