OneCall O2 Prepaid 30 Day Unlimited Data SIM - 4G/5G, 25GB EU Roaming

This is only the 2nd month using my unlocked B535-333 4G+/LTE CAT7 mobile router. (https://amzn.eu/d/15hHLOV) The first month a different company supplied the sim. Which was also a 02 sim, and that was okay too. But when the first month was coming to an end the previous company wanted to charge me £5 per month more than what I paid for the 1st month. So I shopped around and got this deal with onecall. If they don’t try and hike their rates I may well stay with them. Popped the sim card into my 4g router, followed the set up instructions that came with it, and onecall activated it very quickly! It was up and running within 30 mins! (Tuesday morning). Very simple and efficient procedure. Tried it at 2 different addresses, 15 miles apart. Address 1, where download speeds weren’t brilliant, but done the job. Was getting between 4mbps and 20mbps. Albeit we were experiencing some bad storms. Never seemed to affect my internet usage including my streaming of now tv. Next morning 5.30am I was getting faster speeds of around 55mbps. But it slowed down again during peak times. Address 2 (and where it will mainly remain for the time being). (Storms had ended by the time it was used at address 2). Speeds were much faster, always between 30mbps and 85mbps. Having experienced no real inconvenience with this sim for 2 weeks now, and the easy no nonsense speedy activation process I give it 5 stars. *Update* 12th March 2024 I’ve since had a 2nd sim from onecall via Amazon. Same online set up procedure. Was on a Friday morning. Only took onecall 10 mins this time to activate. Just don’t try and activate at the weekend, as no one’s there it seems.

Well after a blip with signal it's working fine now so not the fault of the SIM 🤔🤗🤗

I required a SIM card to use with a newly purchased 5g router. My mobile phone is o2 so I decided to use o2 for the router. I wanted to try it first before entering into a contract so I ordered this 30 day unlimited data sim. The SIM card was received but didn’t include a telephone number and without the number, I can’t activate the SIM card. So far I have spent over 6 hours trying to activate it and talking to a bot on the o2 website. My advice is , unless onecall provide a number with the SIM card. Don’t buy this item. Really really disappointed.

This unlimited data card gives good value, not locked into a contract, but at a comparable or cheaper price to a contract. I'm getting speeds of around 30mb, which is of course location coverage dependent, but 10 times faster than my home broadband. Due to what turned out to be my own issue, I contacted support, it was fast, professional and effective (that is a rarity). I only write reviews for exceptional products (good or bad). This has been great.

Price good for 30 days unlimited .I travel a lot to the UK and there I need the internet for browsing and streaming from YouTube and all 4.The deal is good but I struggle with the constant dropping out and slowing down and " doughnutting" whilst trying to browse or watch a film on TV. Doesn't help that I also have a ee card in a separate hotspot and it blazes away all day and night.Only difference is the network provider.

I live in a remote area and have struggled with getting a good signal through broadband for years. But now I have this, it is almost instant and it is making such a difference to me.

Ordered this SIM for my router in my holiday house. Works brilliantly. I needed to contact customer services to get WAP details to change router settings. They were very helpful and had me up and running in minutes.

The SIM and data work perfectly fine. But do be aware the SIM can only be activated for use by OneCall and only in their office hours not weekends or bank Holidays, So if you need the SIM out of these hours be aware there could be delays. Once contacted Onecall will try to get you set up ASAP. Other then this draw back the data and use of the SIM was perfectly fine.
