Beneficial in bringing your inner Joy back
I have gone through periods where stresses tip the scale of peace & this is my go to. Years ago, Ashwaghanda & Ayuerveda was recommended to me, my medical doctor was trained in Ayurveda. The difference I experienced was profound. So I look for & purchase good quality Ayuveda supplements & teas. This quickly brings my inner sunshine back. As with any herb, if you are on Rx meds, check the herb-prescription meds interaction chart to make sure what you are taking does not interfere with each other, cause nasty side effects. Consult an Ayurvedic pratitioner, read up, watch You Tubes, on Ayurveda. In my book, this ancient method of health and well being, over 5,000 years old, has stood the test of time.

Helped me
So far this seems to be helping me. I have noticed that it takes an hour or 2 before I REALLY notice a difference. But I do feel a difference. I have only been taking one a day. If I don't take it with food, it will give me heartburn. I don't feel dopey. I just feel calm. Not sleepy. Just calm. The last 2 years have been crazy. I have been looking for something to just take the edge off. This helps a lot. I have been taking it for a few months now. I find that it works better if I take at least on everyday instead of just when I need it. I seem to notice the effects more when I do it that way. If it keeps working, I will purchase again. The Ashwagandha alone will make me crazy and my stomach hurt. This combination seems to work well for me.

Effects are subtle, give it time.
I've been taking it for almost two weeks now, and my general sense of well-being is improved. The effects seem to be a slow build rather than a same-day noticeable feeling. Wallowing in gloom & doom has become boring, and projects and looking to the future has become much more appealing. Your mileage may vary.
