Coleman Cotton Flannel Cool Weather Sleeping Bag
I recently purchased the Coleman Cotton Flannel Cool Weather Sleeping Bag in green, designed for adults up to 5 ft 11 in, and it has exceeded my expectations in several ways. Comfort and Warmth: The cotton flannel lining provides a soft and cozy feel, making it extremely comfortable to sleep in. Even in cooler weather, this sleeping bag keeps you warm without needing extra layers. The insulation is impressive, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the night. Size and Fit: It's designed for adults up to 5 ft 11 in, so taller individuals might find it a bit snug. However, for those within the height limit, it offers ample space and comfort. Durability and Build Quality: The quality of the materials used in this sleeping bag is apparent. The exterior fabric is sturdy and resistant to wear and tear, while the zippers are robust and operate smoothly. The stitching is strong and shows no signs of coming apart even after multiple uses. Portability: While not the lightest option on the market, this sleeping bag strikes a good balance between warmth and portability. It rolls up compact and comes with roll control fasteners and an integrated packing system so you can't lose your stuff bag. It's a great choice for car camping or camping trips where weight isn't a critical factor. Aesthetics: The green color with the classic Coleman logo gives it a timeless and appealing look. The design is simple yet functional, which is exactly what you need in a sleeping bag. Overall Experience: In summary, the Coleman Cotton Flannel Cool Weather Sleeping Bag is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and warm sleeping bag for cool to warmer weather camping. It offers excellent value for money and delivers on all fronts—comfort, warmth, durability, and portability. I highly recommend it for campers and outdoor enthusiasts who value a good night's sleep in the great outdoors.

This was all I slept in for years, (living in a trailer), and I loved it (still do!)
I bought this years ago, during the Covid-19 lockdown. Around that time I lived for 3 years in rural desert area with horses, living in a travel trailer... This was the perfect bedding. It's soft and thick. Really durable. I still have it and it looks like I've barely used it. But interestingly I did not get too hot in summer, I would just leave it partly unzipped. So it really work for me year round. Had to move back into the city now sadly but my heart is still out in the open nature, so when I go up north to camp, this is my all-season sleeping bag. Really impressed how long it has lasted and how comfy it is. The zipper never really gets caught for me, there's a nice feature to prevent that. I also love how it rolls up. I'm somewhat petite and short so it's very roomy. When I rolled onto a different side or changed positions I did have to smooth it out a bit, but after sleeping in it for years every night, it has done me a ton of good... The price I paid is so small considering how much I've used it and continue to use. So well made. Love it

Good bag for the price
I found this sleeping bag after shopping around for awhile. I wanted an all cotton bag, no nylon. I think they are warmer, last longer, easier to roll up, and really just prefer them. They are hard to find these days. I haven't camped with it yet but I rolled it out and snuggled in. It's very comfy and warm. I'm 5'3, overweight and the fit was fine. If I moved down to have my toes touching the bottom (feet stretched out), the top of my head was just short of the top. It's zips easily, you can unzip it fully and use it like a comforter. The zipper is plastic, seems heavier duty/chunkier than I was expecting but it doesn't take away anything. I remember other sleeping bags always get caught in the zipper and it didn't happen with this one. The one big con and the reason a star was removed: It doesn't come with a bag but has a useless feature instead. It basically has some extra fabric at the top that you roll the sleeping bag onto (not pictured). It doesn't cover the whole bag though and comes with these awkward ties that seem pretty useless. I'd recommend searching the 'wrap n roll' Coleman feature. I found a video out there that shows how it works. Make sure you're OK with it or go ahead and purchase a stuff sack. I was very disappointed it didn't come with a bag. Luckily I sew and rip-stop nylon is relatively cheap so I'll sew up my own stuff sack. I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to take it camping! Edited to add: This was $32 when I purchased. Edit: I finally managed to take this camping and made me bump it up to 5 stars. It kept me so warm overnight, it dipped down to low 50s and never felt a thing. I'll have to try it out when it's a bit warmer to see how it does then. I will say that it's much warmer when used as a sleeping bag vs blanket. Edit 2: I ended up just purchasing a carrying/storage bag for this instead of making one. This is the one I purchased (not perfect but I do like it): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000LC6CYU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

warm and easy enough to wrap back up
just opened it and tried it in the house but will update after actually going camping. seems comfy, warm and easy enough to wrap back up. the only bad thing is, the bag it attached to the sleeping bag and doesn't entirely wrap around or contain it. in other words, its nice and compact for easy carrying but the bag itself is STILL exposed to the elements. it would be nice to have a little bag to actually put it in, not just wrap around half of it. im going to have to find a bag of my own to try to put around it. def bummed me out bc/ that is pretty unrealistic. but overall it seems ok so will see how the weekend goes.

Another Quality Colemam Product
In my opinion, Coleman is the Premier in camping an outdoor equipment. This sleeping bag does not let down. For me, personally, I can't stand the nylon and slippery feel and slippery feel of many of the sleeping bags out there. I wanted something more of a flannel type material. I realize that that can be absorbent for damp conditions however, I find it much more comfortable and warm. Ultimately, it reminds me of an old school sleeping bag that I remember from when I was younger. And that is exactly what I was looking for. There were a couple of downsides but no major issue. The 1st is that the zipper doesn't seem to lock in place. So, if you're zipped up all the way, the zipper has a tendency to slide down and open up if you're moving around. Also, we have a couple of different Coleman sleeping bags that are similar to this. They have a flap that is integrated within the sleeping bag that is supposed to act almost like a cover, or somewhat of a bag if you will, for storing the sleeping bag. It's like. I don't get how this is supposed to work and I never have. Even when I Took it out of the Box, I tried to see exactly how it was tied up when I opened it. I can never seem to get these to securely roll up and stay together like a real bag. A bag come up that the sleeping bag fits into when rolled up. A storage bag would be a huge benefit and plus to this great product. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. I haven't tried this, but if you took 2 of these, I believe you can zip them together for one larger sleeping bag for 2 people. Or even more, if you happen to make a new friend.

All the questions you probably want answered are in this review!
So here are some answers to the questions I had before I ordered two of these sleeping bags. Why does Amazon offer a size of 1 and 4? This is actually the number of sleeping bags. Do you want to buy 1 or a package containing of 4 of these sleeping bags. Do they zip together? Yes. The front of the box states: Zip Together Compatible Are they machine washable? Yes. The front of the box states: Machine Washable. Can the zippers zip both ways? Yes. There are two zippers and the main one has a red plastic "No Snag Patented Zipper" and once it is zipped a normal regular old zipper exists on the start of the zipper to allow you to vent the sleeping bag starting at the bottom. Can you sleep in it in higher temperatures? Yes. I actually slept in it in my house. Its summer in Phoenix, AZ and the house is cooled to 78 degrees F. The sleeping bag wasn't very warm and was the perfect temperature to sleep inside. I had the bottom vented and part of the side open. What other things are specified on the box? "Roll Control". Makes rolling easier. I will add that I have never rolled up a sleeping bag this easily. "Easy Storage" With "Wrap 'N' Roll" Feature. I'm not completely impressed but the sleeping bag doesn't "unroll" by itself. "Adult Regular" up to 5'11" (33 in x 75 in) Coleman Comfort Range: 30 to 50 degrees F - Cool weather sleeping. The sleeping bag is constructed of Polyester Fiber Batting with a Net Weight of the filling of 3 lbs (1.3kg) Filling: 100% Polyester, Lining 100% Cotton, Cover: 100% Cotton (Exclusive of decoration) [I'm guessing this is the pocket inside the bag] If you look at the pictures, there is a Coleman Lantern logo inside the sleeping bag. This is actually a pocket that can fit a flashlight or a cell phone for storage. It has a velcro closure to the pocket. An iPhone 6S with an OtterBox Symmetry case fits in the pocket, but the velcro cannot close as the phone is too long. I have slept in this sleeping bag while camping with outside temperatures of 45 degrees F. It works. As it sits right now, I'm happy with my purchase and it is a very well constructed sleeping bag.

Great for Kids and Sleepovers
I bought this bag for my 9 year old son. He didn't like the feel of nylon bags since the surface can get cold. This bag is thick, soft, warm and cozy. Perfect for indoor sleepovers and use inside campers/RVs with a little more temperature control than tent camping. Good for older kids but probably not preschoolers. I don't recommend this bag for backpacking or adults that are larger than about 5'10" since it maxes out at 5'11'. Review from 9 year old: It is really cool!!! It has a flashlight compartment, light green on the inside, grey on the outside. The no snag zipper works really well. I love getting in it on cold days. It is really cozy! I am 4'7". Dog loves it too!!!

I really like this sleeping bag; it's probably the best one I've ever had.
With my job, I am at work for several days straight on shift. I am able to sleep for a few hours at night, so for 3 nights per week, I am sleeping on a couch in a sleeping bag. I've gone through several over the years, so when it was time to replace my last one, I checked out the reviews on quite a few different sleeping bags, and decided to try this one. It is amazingly comfortable climbing into this sleeping bag. It's probably the most comfortable one that I've ever had. I have no complaints so far. I don't know how long it will hold up, but it's a Coleman, so I have faith in the product. What generally causes the ruin of my sleeping bags is washing and drying them so frequently. I pretty much always wash them weekly, but sometimes while I'm asleep I'll cover my head with the sleeping bag (old habit), which will cause me to sweat, and will thus require washing it again anytime that happens. I like that it has a zipper that won't get stuck. Time will tell how well that holds up. Overall I'm very satisfied with this bag, and would recommend it to anyone.
