All I can say is I'm so glad old skool products like this are still available because this goes back to when melanin rich skinned people like myself achieved long strong hair that survived the hot comb♡. Had to grab me some and it's still on point.

It’s the lanolinest!
This is a full pound of pure lanolin for a decent price. It has almost no smell. Very gentle and smooth for softening and moisturizing skin.

Don't let the label fool you!
This IS NOT LANOLIN! It is a hair dressing, with a tiny dab of lanolin in it. It smells very nice and is even pretty good for more than a few uses, just like vasoline would be, but the label is totally misleading, it is not lanolin.

I do not believe this product to be pure Lanolin
I HAVE used Pure Lanolin as one of the ingredients in making "Ed's Red" by far the best cleaner, lubrication and preservative I have found for firearms. , equipment and metal components. However after mixing this DAX into the recipe I am convinced it is not Pure Lanolin! The color is off and it is apparent it it does not have the properties of pure Lanolin. When a product says enriched with pure lanolin does not mean the product is a 100 percent lanolin.
