Bought this for my son's 9th birthday the size fits his wrist well and it is good quality. He loves it, he is able to track his activity and number of steps. He also enjoys the coins reward system making it a good way to encourage him to do cores. The build quality is good but the screen is a little hard to see but I presume this is the sacrifice for a long battery life.

Bought for my youngest for Christmas, he loves it! This style is great and goes with everything. Slightly tricky to get on and off every day (needs help) so I do miss the pull on stretchy style of the old watch (I'm talking 8-10 years ago mind) but TBF we did have to replace the straps and run the risk of losing the watch device itself! Been asked by a few different parents and teachers what the model is as they like the look of it themselves. Great gift, glad we got it!

My 5 year old son had this as a birthday gift and we got it for £40 which is a good price for it. It’s a lovely watch, he is delighted with it and enjoys earning moves on the game and doing his chores to earn points. The battery lasts for a year and it’s great not to need to charge it. I guess this is why the screen is so dark, which is my only negative comment. So we do have to turn the light on to see what it says. Overall that’s ok and I would rather that than need to charge it regularly as we have with other brands and we always loose the charger! So this is better for us!

Great piece of kit

My 9 year old sport son really enjoys this watch. He loves to compare his daily steps and the fact that it is waterproof means he keeps in on 24/7. I chose this watch because you can complete daily tasks (ie chores), but funnily enough we didn’t get around to trying this part out yet.

Brilliant little garmin starter watch for the kids. No need to charge, they can keep track of those steps on walks. They can easily change the strap as the watch just pops out and straight into another strap

Good strong for the little man

Cute watch, really easy to set up if you have a Garmin account. She is really chasing step goals and we can track sleep well. Battery lasts ages so not reliant on constant charging.

Tevreden leuk en handig geschenk

Got the watch for my son, who was very excited about how cool it looked. In less than a week of wearing it though he developed painful raised skin patches under the watch and the band. Garmin customer service was surprisingly unhelpful - after prolonged silences I got a most impersonal request to return the watch, with the company ‘unable to reimburse the postage costs’. Wow. A shame - we used to enjoy Garmin products - not replacing this one and don’t think I’ll be upgrading my own Fenix watch either.

El reloj en si no es el que tiene la pantalla mas brillante ni amoled etc… Pero el hecho de que una pila dure teóricamente 1año (nosotros calculamos 9 a 10 meses reales dando uso de todo) al menos y que no dependas de cargas es muy bueno para niños pequeños. Lo compramos para mi hijo con 6 años y mi hija con 9 medio año después… La parte que mas me gusta es la gestión control unificada de los dos peques en la misma app… Donde ambos registran contra mi teléfono y cuando ellos pulsan el botón mas de dos segundos, envían datos actualizados de pasos. Es divertido ver como se gamifican entre si de viaje, cuando vamos a hacer grandes caminatas! Por otro lado esta el hecho que reportan a la aplicación global Garmin que tenemos tanto su madre como yo. En definitiva, cómodos, duraderos y resistentes. Eso si, no miden oxigeno en sangre ni geolocalizan… Pero con el tamaño y características es mucho mas suficiente, para cumplir con creces su función. Ademas tiene toda la parte de premios medallas, que si la gestionas un poco, te sirve para que se motiven en ir mas allá en las excursiones. El del niño lo tenemos hace mas de medio año y la verdad es que muy contentos.

Très bonne montre qui propose des fonctions vraiment intéressantes pour les enfants : suivi des pas, récompenses, défis, challenges sportifs, etc. Les fonctions sont simples et pas très nombreuses, ce qui est exactement ce que je recherchais pour éviter que mon enfant passe sa journée sur l’écran de sa montre. De plus, elle est très simple à configurer donc que du positif. En point négatif, il est vrai que l’écran est un peu petit mais pour moi c’est encore une fois une bonne chose pour éviter que l’enfant passe sa journée dessus.
