Easy to swallow and the product has great reviews. Not sure if I can feel a change yet but zero side effects or after taste

This product is one I have used for several years and it is easy to digest, no stomach issues and provides good elemental calcium from plant based sources. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quality plant based calcium supplement .

This is really good product, have some tooth issues with pain going to get tooth fixed in a week . This seems to help pain subside a little bit along with Tylenol and allergy pills as well . Would recommend , have been taking same brand b12s also seems to work pretty good . This stuff is a must have as getting older as well as for ones being younger. Magnesium for strong enamel more resistance to erosion and decay , decreases bone loss (jaw) helps gums for those who didn’t know . Me I’m just learning something new always looking up this stuff . Just things I never thought of and did . So watch out before it’s too late.

I take two of these a day to help my bones, I hope they are working. Apparently calcium supplements are not recommended due to a build up in the arteries but a couple of these a day instead of the recommended four just helps me to top up anything I'm not getting from my diet.
