Right out of the package, it is the right colour as in image and has everything said as in description. Fairly good quality with softness. Looks great and has needed space with outside zip, inside zip and two small compartments on the side.

purchased a bag from amazon. After only two days of normal use, the bag has torn and the threads have come loose. This is very disappointing as I expected better quality. I have attached photos of the damage for your reference. Since this appears to be a manufacturing defect, I request a replacement or refund at the earliest. Please let me know the next steps.terrible service terrible,either return my money or take this bag.
