Great quality!
I like how the ladies in my house claim that this product isn't oily and doesn't leave residue like others. use half a cotton pad for eyeliner and mascara removal or a full pad for heavy eye makeup. No need to rub hard, it works in one go without washing. Well it definitely worked well.

The best eye make up remover I tried so far
I liked that this product is not that oily and doesn't leave much residue like the ones from other brands. I cut 1 cotton pad in 2 and this is enough to remove eyeliner and mascara from both eyes, or I use full cotton pad each for 1 eye for full eye make up with heavy eye shadows. No need to rub heavily, all is removed in one go and no need to wash after. Really great quality. I wish just the bottle was a bit larger.

This makeup remover is OK. It's gentle on my skin but it doesn't remove my makeup that well. It doesn't remove my mascara easily

Very good eye makeup remover. Has a bit of oil in the remover to help remove makeup. Does not irritate the eyes and I have sensitive eyes.

This eye makeup remover really works. All Neutrogena products seem to work for my dry skin. Very efficient makeup remover and doesn’t irritate eyes. Very good.
