I have been waiting to get my hands on this one!! Absolutely love it. I cut up and shred onions, carrots, cabbage and With tomatoes, or even onions, if I don't want to blend into a puree in a blender, this one can do it easily, leaving my blender just for the fruits. The consistencies are your choice. With the other non-juicy vegetables, the level of shredding you want is based on how many times you pull it. The size is a smart choice - Big for one person's daily cooking maybe but when you have guests over - still can make good quantities. Easy to wash and store. Love it!

We loved it so much that we bought 2 more as family gifts, Finally my mother-in-law happy to see me 😁 I thought it will be broken while cutting carrots as the blades too thin, but surprisingly it cutted like piece of butter.

This product that you should not miss to review! I really liked it as it is easy to use and does the job perfectly! You need to put the vegetables that you want to chop and it does it perfectly! Très bon hachoir manuel, simple et efficace au quotidien. Le système à corde est vraiment pratique : quelques tirages suffisent pour obtenir une découpe rapide et homogène. On peut facilement ajuster la finesse selon le nombre de tirages, ce qui est idéal pour préparer oignons, herbes, ail ou même des noix. La qualité est au rendez-vous : les lames en inox sont solides et coupent bien, même sur des aliments un peu durs. Le bol tient bien en place grâce à sa base antidérapante et le système de verrouillage est rassurant à l’utilisation. Côté entretien, c’est très simple : le bol et les lames passent au lave-vaisselle, ce qui fait gagner du temps après utilisation.

Reasonable price, good quality and perfect size for chopping vegetables. Purchased specifically for onions and it is perfect as it can fit an average onion if you cut it in 4 pieces. Easy and ergonomic handle.
