I'm 5'1 fluctuate 133-138pds and I like to switch back and forth from small and medium depending on what I'm wearing or doing. But I like this brand and length because they are comfortable and not too warm. Washes well and retains it's shape but best to wash with soft fabrics on gentle and air dry. I have used the dryer but I think it's better for the material to lay it out to air dry.

These are amazing!!!! I bought them to deal with the summertime "chub rub" problem, and they are absolutely perfect. The fabric feels super silky and soft, so they're a dream to wear. They absolutely, 100% prevent any kind of chafing on the legs without being confining. I was really worried about the legs riding up because that's what's happened to me with every other similar kind of product I've tried. Wondrously, the legs stay put all day long even after lots and lots of walking. What's even more miraculous is that the legs stay put without being at all tight or cutting into the skin and creating a sausage link type of effect. The dark teal color (sorry, forgot what it's called on Amazon) that I got is really pretty. I guess I must have short femurs (I'm average height at around 5'4") because the regular/mid-thigh length reaches all the way down to the top of my knees. I ordered the regular/mid-thigh length out of fear that the short length would ride up, but now that I know that this product miraculously doesn't ride up, I sorta wish I had ordered the sorter length. The long length isn't much of a problem as none of my shirts/dresses are super duper short and I can hike up the legs without causing too many visible scrunches. I love that this product smoothes over my legs without being constraining like "shape wear". The waist opening isn't confining at all and doesn't cut into my belly in any way. Super comfy to wear all day. My only complaint is that they aren't terribly breathable (though the silky softness of the material makes up for that), they're a bit long (can be solved by ordering the short length), and the waist opening has a tendency to bunch and roll down a bit for me. None of these issues are anything that would prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending this product. They're worth the money.

Super comfy, true to size, and don’t roll up or down. I tried them out as an alternative to the pricier thigh society. They work well but are thicker material than thigh society, so warmer to wear. I wouldn’t call these shapewear by any means, they aren’t confining, but they are a little bit smoothing which is nice. I think they are a solid option to prevent thigh rub, just a bit thicker than thigh society. I would love to see a thinner material option…

I bought this to wear under Jean shorts with holes in them. It's great! Allows me to feel comfortable so my skin doesn't show thru the holes. Looks cute seeing the black. Very comfy and true to size for me. I'm 62 female & the jeans with holes are still what I wear so these skimmies help that and do the trick!

I usually wear 22/24 and ordered a 3x. It fits perfect. No binding or rolling. I have very tender legs and is usually impossible to get support or compression type clothing on because they're too tight. These worked wonderfully. Very pleased with these. They're also not so thick so they shouldn't be hot to wear in the summer. Definitely recommend. Support is great.

I've tried shorts from a lot of different brands; these are my faves. They don't roll up, roll down, scrunch up or creep up. The waistband isn't too high (I'm 5'5"; some brands make shorts with waists that hit just under my bra; WHY). The price is great. They aren't compressive or minimizing, but that's not what I'm looking for; I seek lightweight chubrub prevention. And this most recent pair kept me cool and unchafed for full days of walking around sweltering Europe. After a few years of wear, they do stretch out in both the waist and leg, and do start to creep up, but I've gotten great regular wear for two or three years from each pair I've bought. Buy your regular size.
