If you like vinegar and ginger - this is great!

I love using "fresh" ginger in foods; the taste and smell of the powder just isn't the same. I've used fresh ginger before, but it's a real hassle to peel and chop, and you have to freeze any quantity to preserve it. It can also be expensive. The Shan Ginger Paste makes cooking with ginger easy and delicious!
