You need this in the house. When things turn for the worse, suddenly this is a lifesaver. Toddler (13 mth) had sudden nappy sores just over a day or some days of diarrhoea (apparently acidic pee n poo) and contially burns her sores so she screams. After washing n drying... Applied this on. Visibly saw instant relief in her face and at the end of the day AND on the sores. Miracle cream. Must have. Highly recommend
