At first difficult to get used to the taste and texture when swallowing but it is SUPER efficient and works to take the bloat and grassiness away of poor digestion.

You need to be careful when you open it. Luckily I was in the bathroom. I had to pierce the cover on top to take it off. So there was a fountain of black powder everywhere. I had to leave cinders.(hubby) to clean it up as I was leaving for work. It’s not easy to take. I suggest a straw in a glass of water. It’s impossible to measure 1g. So I take at spoon before and after a meal. It hasn’t helped yet with wind. But it is helping with constipation. I am now in hi nutritional ketosis. I’m trying to repair leaky gut. Acv and the charcoal has helped the gurd. 24 hour fast was also beneficial. It’s very good quality and it’s excellent price.

Does what it's supposed to. Effective, good quality, easy to use, value for money, taste is expected and smells good. Just don't do what I did and take a heaped teaspoon of it in one go or you'll be on the toilet clearing your bowels out completely and wondering if it will ever stop hahaha. I haven't noticed a whitening effect as I don't use it to brush my teeth and I don't use it everyday.

Be careful when opening as the powder exploded over me. The seal did not have a tag to make it easy to open. Good value and effective.

Good Quality Brand. Good for removing toxins and gas. Also keep for the dogs in emergencies - especially they are vomiting and poisoning is suspected. Although some may take more, I find Just one teaspoon is enough for relief at any one time.
