Very good but once you move with it a lot it starts going up and it really hurts

Itchy and shows under clothes
like that it has three rows of hooks so I can adjusti it depending on how tight I want it. But honestly, it’s kinda itchy like something inside is poking me and it definitely shows under clothes. Works fine if you don’t mind those things, but not the most comfortable option.

Sizes are too small
An XL buy was hard to fit even a M person. I understand it has to be tight but it should not break a rib or suffocate your lungs either. Atleast for me, the length was bit small, not covering my full torso. So instead of hour glass my abdominal tyres were prominent and hanging.

Read description
This isn’t advertised as a waist trainer, it is a waist cincher, mostly for use of post partum belly. if you are looking for a waist trainer, this isn’t it. Waist cinchers don’t have boning and are meant to be more flexible. I am happy with my purchase, but you should read the description before deciding to buy this product.
