Hate the fact that i didn’t recieve a letter of authenticity
I did not recieve the box which i think was the biggest turn off, what use is a nameless material to a materialistic brand.

Love these chains just wish they were a bit more robust, I'm on my 3rd, the first 2 purchased from Pandora, but not got tangled up on anything as yet so still it's original length.
