Buy the technician before item
The product is okay and well-performing, but the technician failed to mention that the washing machine needs both hoses to be connected in order to operate properly due to its program. The technician just installed one hose side because there was one faucet and left the other without installation and without finding a proper solution, he just said "try it", so the machine wasn't working properly due to that technical detail amd I had to find a solution, and it's fixed for now. Please when buying, make sure the technicians have full knowledge of the item and keep asking them questions if you have any doubts
