Why add an sugar at all
I have no idea why they have to add any sugar (artificial or raw) to tablets? as artificial sugars are much more dangerous for gerd, reflux , ibs and GI patients. i wont recommend to buy it due to zylitol

This one replaced manuka honey which too expensive.. This product, if we consume as per suggested dosage, lit.. No gastric issue, no burning in stomach nothing, and no need of meds like panto kind of PPIs (acid blockers) which we should not take.. It will took 1 week for me since mine was chronic issue.. I did not faced Any blood pressure issue .. But, if I consume more than suggested dose, i will get head ache.. But I'm so happy because I can eat whatever I want..

I’ve been using this product for 3 years now, and it always helps relieve acidity and burning in my stomach or throat. It’s also great for easing constipation. I would recommend upgrading the bottle, though—the cap doesn’t close tightly, so it’s not fully airtight, which would help keep the tablets from getting soggy if not used for a while

Its really woring like a coolant n has very calming effect on my stomach lining i have acidity problem whenver i take 1tablet it reduces fireness n calms down but i dont take take regularly take precautions n ask your doctor first before taking with other medicines its a good product worked for me
