This is a great toy to teach about the life cycle of sea turtles. The figures are small, but detailed, and very cute. I particularly was impressed with the juvenile and hatchling models. The adult did need a little bit of touch up, as the eyes were white and the underside was not painted, but with some cheap craft paint and about 5 minutes work, it looked as good as the other models. The detail of the scutes (scales) on the shell are appreciated. Nice set.

Bought this for my kids school project and it worked great.

My daughter did a project on Turtles, tortoises and Sea Turtles, specializing in the Sea turtle area. These toys were a great addition to her presentation, and helped to show how sea turtles are so vulnerable before they even get in the ocean. They are build well (molded plastic that is solid.) They look great, and the paint is nice. not blobby like some other toys we have seen in this price range. Very nice toys/models.

This is a 4 piece, step by step of the life of the green sea turtle. The sizes of the pieces are great for a diorama (shoe box) project. My child loved them for his school project. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it arrived late.

This was exactly what we needed for my daughter’s project. It came well before the project deadline as well. The quality and size are great. A good addition to the toy box that helps them learn while playing.

I was really happy with this set. I am a preschool teacher and utilize sensory bins and examination trays with magnifying glasses often in my class, which focuses on Science and art. This set was perfect for this purpose.The pieces were detailed and painted well ,as well as, being a good size for little hands. It also matches up well with many turtle stories,especially "The Tiny Turtle" (a favorite) so we can read the story and match the items with the section/pages being read.

We brought this item to help create a sea turtle life cycle diorama as a part of our daughters science project for school. We paired it with a poster board of her handmade pictures of turtles. It came out so great that her teacher even picked her to represent her class at the science fair. The little characters worked well with hot glue and some felt. Came out great, would recommend for any science projects!

Very cute and detailed!! One of the animals we are studying is the sea turtle so the class is really enjoying using these to study and recreate sea turtle life cycles!
