Just what I have been looking for, excellent Eyeliner pencil, using for waterline. Very pretty colour. Soft and creamy, easy application. Pencil so will sharpen nicely.

Wherever i went to look for this eye pencil , i got a denial. And finally Amazon came to rescue. Must have for all the eye make up lover and is completely matte(that makes it even more good) . Justifies well with color of Cobalt blue unlike others. from different brands.

I use Max Factor pencils daily. The color charts are accurate to the actual color. The pencil stays on all day and goes on in a smooth line. I have bought several colors.
