SKLZ Accustick - Massage tool

Lamentablemente este producto al usarlo frecuentemente termina por romperse, el material parece resistente pero sí aplicas mucha fuerza (a veces se necesita) eventualmente se romperá. Ya tuve 2 y pasó lo mismo (en promedio 3-4 meses), ayuda mucho en realidad, se agradecería que hubiera una versión en metálico ya que la presión que hace al músculo de la espalda (que es en donde lo uso) es genial. Cabe señalar que soy una persona de 1.80 m y me gusta hacer deporte con pesas, el producto se me cayó algunas veces al piso y aplique mucha fuerza para presión en la espalda.

As someone who works at a computer for long periods and likes to stay active, this product has really helped me. After a long day at office I use it to relieve the tension in my upper neck and back muscles. First, using a pulling motion, then a rubbing up-down motion - helps so much. Sometimes, I can't go in for a massage and turn to the Accustick, which quickly does the job of alleviating my pain in minutes. I do repetitive activities, so tight muscles are inevitable. I have used the theracane before, but its too intimidating for me, all the knobs and things on it, and it just does not fit my lifestyle. Not only can I get into my deep back muscles, but I can also use it as a massage stick and roll out my lower legs after squats, or cycling - I don't want to use the foam roller because of the positions required post-workout are tiring. In post-session when I roll out my legs, I have used lotion on bare skin, or over clothes to help it glide smoother. I use the Accustick in a normal sitting position and relax into it. It's better than a lacrosse ball because I can position the accuballs - just lay on them and use gravity to release the muscle knots. There are so many ways to use this product, I use it everyday. I also like the color and it makes me happy. This product is wonderful and highly recommend it, plus the price can't be beat.

Easy to use, nice reach over the shoulder to get to those pesky trap knots. Bright yellow, so you can't lose it - perfect!
