This is one of the very few iron supplements I have found to be easy on my stomach. The pill size is also not large so it is easy to swallow. I am anemic but it has helped and been effective raise my ferritin level. Again everyone should talk to their doctor but I would recommend to anyone with sensitive stomachs who have a hard time digesting.

I took this iron supplement once and actually felt more energized the same day. I’m usually sensitive to iron, but this one didn’t upset my stomach or cause any side effects.
