As expected. Very easy to inflate and includes tube to do so. I just blew it up and put the plastic plug back in. Job done!

A superb squashy ball for Pilates
A large size Pilates ball - which likes to be quite squishy. I like it very much and have three balls - each is different and is useful for different exercises. I recommend it!

It does the job, all this type of exercise ball should be fitted with a valve, most are not, just a plug, this one included, I presume it makes it cheaper to manufacture.

My yoga instructor recommended this ProBody Pilates ball and OMG I’m so glad she did! I’ve been using it for core work, stretching, and posture stuff and it’s seriously amazing.
