Best made with soft water
An excellent tea but you'll get even better flavour if you live in a soft water area - most of Scotland has soft water hence the name "Scottish Blend". Make sure to let it brew for a few minutes (5 minutes for my taste!) BTW it is made in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Wonderful bold malty flavor, BUT, with this particular Scottish Tea, water temp and steep time are Critical, or it will be bitter. (I found out the hard way). Thomas brand Scottish Tea is much more forgiving in regard to temperature and steep time, but THIS tea, while very good, will be bitter if you steep more than 4 minutes. 3 minutes works best for me, with water temp just before boiling (like the right coffee temp). Then it’s DELIGHTFUL! Especially for the price!

I tried this tea while searching for a tea that I would use on a regular basis. I is a nice tea. Strong enough and smooth enough to drink daily. Smells great steeping, good hot or cold. Good value for the money

一般的な紅茶の味わいとは全く異なっています チャイのような、ハーブや香辛料の味わいに近いと思います 味が濃いので何杯でも楽しめます とても美味しいお茶です
